I am a Realtor and Real Estate Advisor who believes in looking out for my client's best interests based on values rather than personal gain.  I don't ever promise more than I can deliver, but I always deliver more than I promise.

My Services

I went to school for Interior Design prior to becoming a Realtor so I am good at helping my clients stage their homes if necessary.

I have a great network of reliable professional services if you need a painter, electrician, plumber, handyman, etc to ready your home for sale.  I can recommend reliable contractors to my buyer clients after they purchase their home.

I keep in touch with my clients to give updates about their transactions as well as return phone calls and texts in a timely manner.

I'm very prompt for appointments and pay close attention to the deadlines in the contracts to keep my transactions moving along smoothly.

My Background

I have lived in Montgomery County my whole life and know the area that I service very well.  I am familiar with horse properties since I've owned several horses in my lifetime.  I know what is required for a safe and workable equestrian property.  I own residential real estate as investment property and receive monthly rental income so I know the pros and cons of being a landlord and can advise my investor clients effectively.  I am a memeber of the Historic Architecture Review Board in North Wales Borough because not only do I own a house in the Historic District but I also love old houses!  I am here to serve my clients best interests as well as add value to their lives. I look forward to meeting new people and working with them in their future endevors.
